Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pack (about 200g) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk (for dipping the graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Combine the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream gently.
  3. Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  4. Dip each graham cracker quickly in milk.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the dipped crackers.
  6. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
  7. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

You can substitute mangoes with other fruits like strawberries or peaches. This dessert is best served with fresh mango on top.
