Description
An incredibly easy and refreshing Filipino dessert made with layers of mango, cream, and graham crackers.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pack (about 200g) graham crackers
- 1/2 cup milk (for dipping the graham crackers)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream gently.
- Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Dip each graham cracker quickly in milk.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the dipped crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
You can substitute mangoes with other fruits like strawberries or peaches. This dessert is best served with fresh mango on top.
