- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil spray
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up your breading station: In one bowl, place your flour. In another, crack the eggs and beat them. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each ravioli in flour, then egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mix.
