Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to easily remove the bites after freezing.
- Scoop the Mixture: Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) of the yogurt mixture onto the lined tray.
- Add Chocolate (Optional): Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each scoop or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are firm.
- Store: Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for quick snacks.
