Description

Quick and easy frozen treats that combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a delicious snack your family will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to easily remove the bites after freezing.
  3. Scoop the Mixture: Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) of the yogurt mixture onto the lined tray.
  4. Add Chocolate (Optional): Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each scoop or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
  5. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are firm.
  6. Store: Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer for quick snacks.
