Description

A refreshing no-bake summer treat made with juicy peaches and creamy Greek yogurt that your family will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • 1 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional topping)
  • 6 popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches, then slice them into rings about 1/2 inch thick, removing the pit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place a peach ring at the bottom of each popsicle mold. Pour the yogurt mixture over the peach rings, covering them completely. Add another peach ring on top.
  4. Carefully insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, pushing them down gently.
  5. Pop the molds into the freezer for about 240 to 360 minutes, or until solid.
  6. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen them up, then gently pull out the pops.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with granola or crushed nuts and add a mint garnish before serving.

Notes

These pops can be made a day or a week in advance and stored in the freezer. Customize with your favorite fruits.
