A quick and easy garlic and rosemary pull apart bread that your family will love, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, melted butter, rosemary, and garlic.
- Pour the frothy yeast mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough, divide it into small balls, and flatten each ball with cheese inside before reshaping it.
- Arrange the balls in a greased baking dish, close together.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Great for meal prepping! Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days.
