Description

Buttery, garlicky croissants that come together in about 20 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 large croissants

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally, creating a pocket.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously inside each croissant.
  5. Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the butter is melted.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes
