Description

A delicious and quick Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken mixture, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
