A delicious and quick Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight meal.

- 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes, then set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken mixture, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
