- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat—just until it shimmers.
- Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in the chicken: Add the shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and distribute the chicken mixture evenly among them. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Roll ‘em up: Roll up each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve: Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley.
