These scrumptious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs come together in about 30 minutes for a quick and easy weeknight dinner your family will love!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (optional): Ranch, BBQ sauce, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for about 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Roll out each biscuit slightly to flatten.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
