Description

These scrumptious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs come together in about 30 minutes for a quick and easy weeknight dinner your family will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional): Ranch, BBQ sauce, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned for about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for about 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Roll out each biscuit slightly to flatten.
  5. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
