- 2 cups water or fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or 1/2 teaspoon stevia (optional, to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh fruit purée
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Bloom the Gelatin: Pour cold water (or juice) into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface. Let it sit for about 5 minutes without stirring.
- Combine the Liquid: In a saucepan, heat the remaining water or juice along with honey or stevia until warm (do not boil).
- Incorporate the Gelatin: Whisk in the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Mix in the fruit purée and lemon juice.
- Set it to Chill: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until set.
- Serve and Store: Unmold your gelatin and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
