A flavorful turkey burger recipe that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 450g ground turkey
- 30g seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 15g dried onion flakes
- 15ml ketchup
- 15ml mustard
- 5ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 5g kosher salt
- Olive oil spray
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings: cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, caramelized onions, avocado
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion flakes, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Chill patties in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and spray with olive oil. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toast burger buns on another skillet or oven until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with toppings on the toasted buns and serve.
