Description

A quick and flavorful Grilled Udon dish perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound udon noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions (5-7 minutes), then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
  5. Toss in the cooked udon noodles and mix well.
  6. Pour soy sauce and mirin over the noodle mixture and stir until well coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
