Description

Quick and easy Harissa Roasted Cauliflower Steaks that are roasted on a sheet pan and come together in about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and slicing it into thick steaks about 1 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the harissa mixture.
  5. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
