Description
Quick and easy Harissa Roasted Cauliflower Steaks that are roasted on a sheet pan and come together in about 30 minutes.

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and slicing it into thick steaks about 1 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the harissa mixture.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
