Description

  • 4 Medium-Sized Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes.
  2. Rinse and drain the grated potatoes in cold water.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from the potatoes.
  4. Chop onion (if using) and mix with grated potatoes.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add and spread potatoes in the skillet, pressing down with a spatula.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  8. Cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
