Description

A scrumptious Hawaiian Roll Grilled Cheese that comes together in about 15 minutes, perfect for a quick family meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional: Sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon

Instructions

  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Butter the insides of each roll with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on the skillet and fill generously with cheese.
  5. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot!
