Description

A quick and easy no-bake snack that combines the rich flavors of coffee with nutritious ingredients, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Add the sunflower seed butter, protein powder, and instant coffee and blend until well combined.
  3. Scoop out the mixture using a tablespoon and roll it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Chill the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
