- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.
- Add the sunflower seed butter, protein powder, and instant coffee and blend until well combined.
- Scoop out the mixture using a tablespoon and roll it into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Chill the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
