Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk and evaporated milk, stirring until the mixture thickens (5-7 minutes).
