- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in honey BBQ sauce and chicken broth, then stir in rice.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Check to ensure the rice has absorbed the liquid and the chicken is cooked through; fluff rice with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
