A refreshing drink that combines fresh lemon juice and honey with sparkling water for a bubbly delight.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- ½ cup honey (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey and ½ cup of water. Heat on low until the honey melts completely, about 3-5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Squeeze fresh lemons until you have 1 cup of juice. Strain if desired.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled honey mixture, lemon juice, and cranberry juice. Stir until well mixed.
- Slowly pour in the sparkling water or club soda, gently stirring to maintain the fizz.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the Honey Lemon Pink Soda, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best fizz. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days but is best enjoyed fresh.
