A delicious and quick dip made with eggs, cheese, and bacon, perfect for gatherings or family nights.

- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- Crackers, chips, or toasted bread slices for serving
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain and cool the eggs under cold water, then peel and chop them.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the chopped eggs to the mixture and coat well.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining bacon, chopped green onions, and paprika before serving warm.
Notes
This dip is customizable; feel free to add leftover ham or veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
