Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper until frothy.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet over the mushrooms, letting it cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the bacon on top of the eggs once they start to set.
  6. Fold the omelette in half using a spatula and cook for another minute until fully set.
  7. Serve warm with optional toppings like fresh herbs or cheese.
