Description

Delicious Keto Cheeseburger air fryer foil packets that come together in about 30 minutes for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce (Iceberg or romaine)
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut aluminum foil into 12×12 inch squares.
  4. Scoop ½ cup of the beef mixture onto each piece of foil and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the foil over the mixture, sealing the edges to create packets.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness at 15 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the packets and serve with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
