Delicious Keto Cheeseburger air fryer foil packets that come together in about 30 minutes for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (Iceberg or romaine)
- Tomato slices
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, bell pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut aluminum foil into 12×12 inch squares.
- Scoop ½ cup of the beef mixture onto each piece of foil and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the foil over the mixture, sealing the edges to create packets.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness at 15 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets and serve with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
