Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, Sliced
- 1/2 Onion, Sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Low Carb Wrap or Lettuce Leaves for Rolling
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the ground beef along with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves and roll them up tightly.
- Serve warm, possibly with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
