Description

A deliciously low-carb meal that comes together in about 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight dinner!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, Sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Low Carb Wrap or Lettuce Leaves for Rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the ground beef along with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves and roll them up tightly.
  6. Serve warm, possibly with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
