Ingredients
- Frozen Steamed Buns
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- Honey (Optional)
- Purple Cabbage
- Carrots
- Sesame Seeds
- Fresh Herbs: Cilantro or Mint
- Cooking Oil (Canola or Vegetable)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Steam the frozen buns according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chopped chicken, salt, and pepper; cook for 7-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Stir in gochujang with the cooked chicken and let it bubble for 2-3 minutes until sticky.
- Peel open the steamed buns and fill each with the chicken mixture.
- Top with purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and fresh herbs.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
