  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice, whisking until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. While cooling, mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze until smooth.
  9. Once brownies are cool, pour the glaze over the top and let it set for about 15 minutes.
