Description

A quick and easy weeknight dinner, these Loaded Tater Tots are baked to crispy perfection and topped with cheese, bacon bits, and your choice of toppings.


Ingredients

  • Frozen Tater Tots
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Bacon Bits (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sour Cream
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Optional Toppings: jalapeños, guacamole, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions (usually around 425°F / 220°C).
  2. Spread frozen tater tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove the tater tots from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
  4. Return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. Serve topped with sour cream and chopped green onions, along with any extra toppings you desire.
