- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
