Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in a large skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
