A refreshing no-cook dessert featuring tapioca pearls and ripe mangos, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup milk
- 2–3 ripe mangos, chopped
- 1/4–1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar nata de coco (coconut jelly)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil (about 5-7 minutes).
- Cook the tapioca pearls (25-30 minutes) until they are fully translucent.
- Rinse and drain the pearls (2 minutes) under cold water.
- Make the creamy mango mixture (7-10 minutes) by mixing cooked tapioca, coconut milk, and chopped mangos; add sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the nata de coco (2-3 minutes) and mix gently to combine.
Notes
Serve chilled and can be customized with fruits on hand. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes or fresh mint.
