Description

A refreshingly simple and delicious no-bake mango Greek frozen yogurt that comes together in about 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Shredded coconut for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango chunks, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Mix the mango puree into the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Freeze the mixture in a loaf pan for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve by letting it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
