A refreshingly simple and delicious no-bake mango Greek frozen yogurt that comes together in about 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Shredded coconut for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the mango chunks, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the mango puree into the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl until combined.
- Freeze the mixture in a loaf pan for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve by letting it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
Notes
Feel free to use different fruits based on what’s in season or available in your fridge. Store covered in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
