A delicious and refreshing Mango Sago with Coconut Milk that comes together in under 30 minutes, perfect for a warm day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup small sago pearls (or tapioca pearls)
- 1 liter water (for boiling)
- 1/3 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
- 3 big ripe mangoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Cook the sago pearls in the boiling water for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until translucent.
- Strain and rinse the cooked sago pearls under cold water.
- Blend the mango cubes, reserving some for topping, with sugar until smooth to create mango puree.
- Mix the drained sago pearls, mango puree, and coconut cream/milk together in a bowl.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving, topped with reserved mango cubes.
Notes
This dish is customizable with various fruits and can be made a day ahead for gatherings.
