- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour half of the glaze over the pork tenderloin.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Brush the remaining glaze over the pork during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Once done, let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
