A quick and easy recipe for a flavorful Maple Dijon Glazed Pork Tenderloin that your family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour half of the glaze over the pork tenderloin.
  7. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Brush the remaining glaze over the pork during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  9. Once done, let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
