Description

A creamy, delicious no-bake dessert featuring matcha and strawberries that comes together in about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the matcha powder, lemon juice, and chopped strawberries. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over your crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set, firm but slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
