- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the matcha powder, lemon juice, and chopped strawberries. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over your crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set, firm but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
