Description

A beautiful and customizable Mediterranean Brunch Board that requires no cooking and can be assembled in about 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Baba Ganoush
  • Kalamata and green olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Cucumber slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow or orange)
  • Pita bread
  • Marinated artichokes

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: dips and toppings.
  2. Arrange the dips in small bowls on a large serving platter.
  3. Surround the dips with sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes, sprinkling feta in between.
  4. Scatter olives and marinated artichokes around the platter.
  5. Cut pita bread into triangles and place them on the edge of the board.
  6. Serve with small forks or toothpicks for easy eating.
