Description

A delightful no-bake treat that combines the flavors of a classic banana split in a mini cheesecake format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well-coated and press into mini cheesecake cups or a muffin tin.
  2. Make the filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble: Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crusts in mini cups, making sure to leave a little room at the top.
  4. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Decorate and serve: Top each cheesecake with sliced bananas, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and add a cherry on top.
