Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed mint leaves or 1 teaspoon mint extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix the oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed mint leaves (or mint extract) until evenly distributed.
- Cover the mixture and chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into small balls about one inch in diameter.
- Transfer the protein balls to an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
