Description

These no-bake mint chocolate chip protein balls come together in 15 minutes and are perfect for a healthy snack or treat your family will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed mint leaves or 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed mint leaves (or mint extract) until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the mixture and chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls about one inch in diameter.
  5. Transfer the protein balls to an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
