Description

A delicious no-bake dessert that’s rich, sweet, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for last-minute gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or extra chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the finely chopped walnuts, sugar, eggs, crushed graham crackers, and cocoa powder. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Lightly grease an 8-inch round or square dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder until perfectly spreadable.
  5. Frost the chilled cake with the cream cheese frosting.
  6. Add optional toppings such as chocolate shavings or nuts.
  7. Let set in the fridge for an additional 15-20 minutes, then slice and serve.
