Description

These delicious No Bake Cake Batter Protein Balls come together in about 15 minutes for a quick and easy snack packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, nut butter, oats, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once they’re set, enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
