Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A couple pinches of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
