Description

Delicious Nutella Croissants made with easy-to-use puff pastry, perfect for dessert or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (17.3 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (or your favorite chocolate spread)
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for the egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and spread half of the Nutella evenly over it.
  3. Fold the pastry in half and cut into 6 triangles.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the narrow end to form croissants.
  5. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and the remaining Nutella.
  6. Place the croissants on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
