Description

These no-bake Oatmeal Protein Balls are a quick and easy snack that your family will love, packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, toss together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, mini chocolate chips or dried fruit, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls: Take a scoop of the mixture and roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Prepare for refrigeration: Place energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate: Pop them into the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store & enjoy: Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
