Description

Delightful no-bake Oreo truffles that come together in about 30 minutes, perfect for quick sweet treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (or preferred chocolate)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, about the size of golf balls, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and scrape off excess.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles if using.
  8. Let them sit at room temperature until the chocolate sets, about 20-30 minutes.

Notes

These balls can be customized with different Oreo flavors or add-ins like peanut butter. They store well in the fridge for about a week or can be frozen for a month.
