Description

A quick and easy side dish featuring asparagus wrapped in savory pancetta, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus spears
  • 8 oz pancetta slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of pancetta.
  4. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.
