Description

These mouthwatering Parmesan Bread Bites are quick to make and perfect for family snacking, featuring homemade dough and flavorful garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 cloves minced garlic (or garlic salt)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 2 teaspoons fresh parsley)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Make the dough by mixing flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt. Knead for 5-7 minutes and let rise until doubled, about 30-90 minutes.
  3. Cut the dough into 1-inch pieces and transfer to the baking sheet.
  4. Arrange the dough pieces, cover with a towel, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the garlic butter by mixing butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley until creamy.
  6. Bake the dough bites for about 20 minutes until golden brown, brushing with garlic butter during baking.
  7. Top with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
