- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
- 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and canned diced tomatoes with green chiles to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot and bubbly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing until creamy. Add the cooked meat mixture and mix well.
- Spoon the cheesy mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
