Description

Delicious and customizable party bites made with ground beef and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
  • 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and canned diced tomatoes with green chiles to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot and bubbly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese with ranch dressing until creamy. Add the cooked meat mixture and mix well.
  5. Spoon the cheesy mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
