Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes), drain and cool under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour Italian dressing over the pasta and veggies, stirring until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
