Description

Ingredients

  • Baguette or Italian Bread
  • 23 Fresh Peaches, diced
  • 1 cup Whipped Ricotta Cheese
  • 12 tablespoons Honey
  • Fresh Basil, chopped
  • Olive Oil, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread by slicing it into 1/2 inch thick pieces and toasting until golden, about 5-7 minutes at 400°F.
  2. Whip the ricotta with honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
  3. Prep the peaches by tossing diced peaches with olive oil, salt, and chopped basil.
  4. Spread whipped ricotta on toasted bread slices and top with the peach mixture.
  5. Garnish with extra basil and a drizzle of honey, then serve immediately.
