- 2–3 Fresh Peaches, diced
- 1 cup Whipped Ricotta Cheese
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey
- Fresh Basil, chopped
- Olive Oil, to taste

Instructions
- Toast the bread by slicing it into 1/2 inch thick pieces and toasting until golden, about 5-7 minutes at 400°F.
- Whip the ricotta with honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Prep the peaches by tossing diced peaches with olive oil, salt, and chopped basil.
- Spread whipped ricotta on toasted bread slices and top with the peach mixture.
- Garnish with extra basil and a drizzle of honey, then serve immediately.
