This dreamy, creamy no-bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake is a family favorite, perfect for quick desserts that impress!

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup jelly or jam (your choice, commonly grape or strawberry)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the refrigerator.
- Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour half of the peanut butter mixture over the chilled crust, add a layer of jelly, then top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Smooth it out.
- Let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
Feel free to add more jelly on top before serving for extra presentation. This cheesecake is also freezer-friendly!
