Description

This dreamy, creamy no-bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake is a family favorite, perfect for quick desserts that impress!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup jelly or jam (your choice, commonly grape or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour half of the peanut butter mixture over the chilled crust, add a layer of jelly, then top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Smooth it out.
  5. Let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.

Notes

Feel free to add more jelly on top before serving for extra presentation. This cheesecake is also freezer-friendly!
