Ingredients

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Flour your surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then lay out pepperoni slices and any veggies.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Slice the log into even rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra marinara for dipping. These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored.
