- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and eggs until smooth.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the milk until smooth.
- Once the bread is out of the oven, let it cool before drizzling the glaze on top.
