Description

A creamy, refreshing summer drink that combines the tartness of pink lemonade with fluffy whipped cream.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Pink Lemonade Mix
  • ¾ cup Cold Water
  • Ice
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Pink Lemonade Mix with ¾ cup of cold water. Whisk until all the powder dissolves.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture using a spatula.
  4. Serve the mixture over ice in glasses.
  5. Garnish with fresh berries, a slice of lemon, or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
